We live in the French Quarter. Until recently, Betsy.. our reliable old Honda Odyssey van was serviced in Daphne, Alabama - a major drive there and back from NOLA. A month or so ago we decided to look for a Honda dealer/service outlet closer to home. We chose Superior (their name at the time). Huge mistake. Their work was only so-so, their service focus non-existent. They said the job would take two hours; instead it took two DAYS. It is impossible to get in touch with them by phone. They put you on endless hold. Two days ago we realized we still needed an oil change. Hubby felt generous so he said, "Hey, let's give the guys another shot". Again, no luck on the phone, and in fact we got disconnected. Twice. We made a personal visit: stopped by, they totally ignored us in the waiting room. We ended up going somewhere else for a friendly, fast oil change, some new wiper blades, a free car wash coupon and a veteran's discount. Looked after by attentive, friendly service people. who could really teach Harvey/Superior/whatever the Hell their name is now a thing or two about customer service. H of H are truly the pits. Avoid at all costs..

I love this team of people! Ms. Linda is the best! She’s responsive and very detailed. Even if she doesn’t “know” yet she’s calling or texting you to let you know that stress still working in it. I’ve had my car serviced here several times, even left it for a week once and the only problem I had was that I was inpatient in waiting on the tech to pull my car around. It was hot and I was ready to Go! Overall great people, quality work!
