Because of the inability of Sears Home Services to get my 2 parts, for 2 months ,at a 54 dollar value( was told there on back order, and not knowing when they'll be back in production) I have to replace my 5 yr. old French Door unit that I paid over 1600 dollars for in 2017. Just paid 1500 for a new unit 2 days ago. Sorry Kenmore I'm done with you.....

I needed a dryer repaired, I talked to sears repair on Friday evening and the repair/fix was started on saturday at 11am. Repairman was very courteous and thorough. Other local repair companies couldn't come for 10 days. Had a coupon for the service which was helpful, beats having to pay for a new appliance.

The Sears repairman repaired the ice maker in my new three-day old Kenmore refrigerator which hadn't been making ice. He was there twenty minutes, presented a bill for $197 which was marked paid. The service was timely and appreciated.

The first time the repairman came to service our lawn tractor - annual tune up and change over from mower to snow blower, he asked my husband for the paperwork for the tractor as he had no experience with lawn tractors and did not know what to do. He "attempted" to change the mower attachment to the snowblower attachment. The first time my husband ran the snowblower parts fell off. The same repairman returned, even though we both called and asked that they send someone else. He told my husband that the part that fell off "wasn't important" after again asking for the paperwork so he could read up on the lawn tractor. I anxiously await the next snow storm to see whether the tractor will even run.....we are very dissatisfied with this repair person.
