Completely disappointed with their service, I am having hard time with redwood, please be careful redwood are scammers. I signed up for personal trainer I went for the First section and the trainer didn’t showed up, went back for a second section and the trainer didn’t showed up again, I told them to cancel that I was not interested anymore then I still got a charge for a service I never received. And if that was not enough they sent the bill to a third party whom is billing me $4600. Here I am looking for a lawyer so they can stop ripping people out.

Scammers! Takes forever to cancel membership! Definitely prefer planet fitness! PF Has way more amenities and actually allows you to cancel membership especially when were going into a recession!

I am very pleased with the staff at WOW as well as the staff of Redwood. I will be in training for a month with them and have had two conversations that were, and I'm sure will continue to be, most informative. They take the time to listen which is important as to correctly evaluate you as an individual, to give you the best instruction for the best results. I'm looking forward to a happy, healthy and better way of living at the young age of 57. Your body is a temple and a gift of the Lord and should be treated as such. Be well and blessed.

Watch out for RedWood personal training. Do your research into that company before signing up. You have be warned…. Also, try to avoid signing a contract with WOW, I always encourage and hope others have a better experience but you have to be careful with this company. Work out World company’s ethics do not care about you or anything going on in your life, just your money. The people are nice enough but be careful with what you sign and do. Sales tactics are pushy and cold. They do not go into detail regarding plans or benefits- they just want your money. I’d be happy to work with a good Sales rep who can explain why service is worth it and help me out when I need something. Have low expectations.

I saw your question this morning and I went into wow today so my information is right from the front desk manager that was working this morning. It is $289 for the year to pay for your membership up front. I hope this helps happy 4th of July.

Yes, the ladies section has almost all the same equipment. Private bathrooms, showers, lockers and changing areas inside the ladies section. It large and very clean. Everything is brand new!
