I visited this shop yesterday and I cannot say enough nice things about the gentlemen that helped me. I went in very late in the day and the gentlemen went above and beyond getting me setup and making sure that the bicycle that I was very luckily and fortunate to purchase was setup properly for me. I highly recommend this shop they did an excellent job.

I went up there from the Cape to purchase my ebike back in February and have been riding the bike trails every chance I get. Very knowledgeable and helpful and had exactly what I wanted. Great shop.

I was a customer here since childhood, and will never go back after my recent experiences. I've bought 2 bikes here recently for my kids. My son's (rather expensive) bike had the wheel fall off the first time he rode it, and is missing parts. My other recent experience is bringing my own bike (which I purchased there years ago) for repairs and I received it back not fixed. Sent it back again, still not fixed. Should've taken it for a test ride, Joe. I'll never be back, nor do I recommend this place to anyone. The good service this shop is known for must be a thing of the past.
