Why leave a slip saying I can get my package on a Saturday when you're closed? I drove down there just to waste time and gas. I've lived in several cities in SoCal, and this is the worst post office around. I've lost several packages in their hands. They don't answer phones, when they are open, so don't even bother calling. Don't move to this area or you'll be stuck with this location.

I drove here from Jurupa Valley, specifically to speak with a SUPERVISOR, because between the FOUR clerks at the New Jersey-Lugonia post office, NO one could explain why I didn't get a refund for closing out a new po box within 40 hours of opening it back in January when I lived in Redlands. The Supervisor finally brought an application out to show me where it says, you DON'T get a refund for closing out a 3 month rental. Would've been NICE if ANY of the FOUR (over 40 yr old) clerks had expressed this to me 6 weeks ago!! The feeling was 'so sorry, so sad'. I'd been homeless and needed a place for my Mail. Paid $42 for nothing! She, the SUPERVISOR, didn't seem concerned that the entire frontline staff was CLUELESS about their own rules. Goodbye post office. 3/12/21.

Helpful staff! Was attended by a very friendly gentleman that helped me find the right envelope to mail my package.

Dropped off a pkg for outgoing mail to el paso TX last week, checked on its status and it hasn't been scanned AT ALL! SO WAS IT LOST OR STOLEN BEFORE GETTING SCANNED?? NO PHONE SERVICE EITHER WHEN I TRY TO CALL.

Down town or redlands
8:00 am mail go out.
Hi, they usually put a time when to expect the mail in the PO Box, from what I know it's probably 12 or 1 p.m.
It's a different mail person band it's 2 apartment complexs she keeps putting mail in other apartment , different address but same apartment # numerous times this ain't consider a mistake it condsider laziness .it hot out but do your job right postal workers
The time varies on each post office, they should have a sign or something that mentions by what time they'll be in the mail box.
Mon through Friday 9am through 1700 Saturday varies on the post office
