My lady I worked for is disabled and she has broken English and when she called to schedule a ride the lady on the other end was extremely rude .. in a hurry and made my client very nervous to the point that she couldn’t say what she wanted to say ,, then the lady refused her transpertation and hung up on her ,, so we called back and the second lady was very rude as well and when I brought her rudeness to her attention her comment was I don’t need to schedule this ride and she hung up ... so what if this was a situation where my client who is totally wheel chair bond completely had no way at all to get him but this transpertation service and something really bad happened to her cause she couldn’t get home ... amagine the law suit .. I couldn’t beleave how this company treats people who are paying there pay check let alone the fact there disabled .. I guess these company’s will hire just any one off the street to schedule there rides because these too lady’s had no class or respect for the disabled or elderly what’s so ever ... so sad

Do you not teach your drivers that the left lane is for passing? Bus #9100 was causing a dangerous situation this morning by traveling slowly in the left lane and riding side by side the car in the right lane. This caused traffic and angry drivers who wanted to pass. Learn the rules of the road please!
