I called the store yesterday frantic after cracking my screen on my 5 year old Samsung. Chris picked up and told me to come in and he could help me with a new phone. He did an excellent job explaining the transfer process, the phone's features, and making sure I got a trade in credit. He made a stressful situation so much easier! The store was very busy with customers but he did an excellent job managing it all. I really appreciate it!! :)

5 stars for Chris! I had been trying to a business to business transfer for months, getting nowhere with calling the support line. I finally walked into the store fed up, and Chris was able to figure out what was wrong and fixed it within the week! He was patient, kind, and provided me with updates since it had been such a lengthy process! Finally moved over to the new account, and it is such a relief. Going forward we will be returning just on account of Chris's outstanding customer service, because the service I got before him was utterly horrible!
