It has a tennis area but not sure if it has a basketball area.

It's just plaza Park. Its got a big pond with ducks, big playground for the kids, clean restrooms. Next to the airport, there's 3 or 4 fields to play baseball.

Hello, Since the COV Parks and Recreation office is closed. Is the park used as a first come fist service basis or do we need a reservation?

Am not sure. But I've parties out there. Restroom are open. Lot's of people go out there.
