Ok so I worked for helping you Homecare for almost 3 years and I must say that I loved the agency the best I worked for I never had a problem getting a case, never had issues with pay I stayed with 1 client for almost 2 years I left for maternity leave in October 2021, worked my whole pregnancy with this agency, I gave birth November of 2021 when I tried to return back from maternity leave in May of 2022 idk im getting ignored nobody is returning calls or emails. I recently Just went into the agency, I walked in because I literally live few blocks away from the Manhattan location last week to speak to Yvonne de Jesus about me returning and I still haven’t heard back from her or anyone from the agency so yes I’m very disappointed on how I’m being treated after all the hard work i put into this agency. It’s the lack of communication and professionalism for me if they don’t want me back for whatever reason I deserve a reason why that’s the professional way to go about things

Worts agency , never have an issue in home care agencies before, am HHA for 19 years but yesterday 08/19/22 I was surprise the way that the coordinator manage the situation!!! Just step up in the agency to bring timesheets and get the reason why they not pay me for my job this week! And the coordinator called my client daughter and told her am not going no more to the case because I have it an emergency!! Really Isabell? Very professional you’re!!! That’s not nice even when I try to speak with you when I left the agency, and I left you the message that am going back to my case on Tuesday 08/23 you just called the client daughter and lie to her! The client called me and worried about me!! Very unprofessional the staff including the antisocial for payroll department!!!

Do not become a client in this Agency. My son is 6 years old, they never have nurses to cover if his nurse calls out, they never call parents to let them know or even attempt to find a replacement nurse. Office Staff are very rude and are all about the money.
