THIS IS THE WORST HOME CARE AGENCY!!!! Home attendants don't show up on time or at all. The agency doesn't even let you know no one is coming. Very unprofessional home Attendants. DO NOT USE THIS AGENCY UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR LOVED ONES NEGLECTED.

KEEP YOUR LOVED ONES AWAY. very unprofessional. they have Lied to my family and have Zero care for their actions. My grandmother needed help for a while and when she recieved it from blossom i thought everything would be great. The first care giver was constantly on her phone and not doing her job. Upon having my grandmother have constant episodes not feeling safe in her own home she was removed. (And blossom said they would switch the care giver and forgot 2 weeks later.) We got a new care giver who was amazing. She told us how she had to quit due to her not getting enough hours and she wanted to let us know , thankfully she did because the company informed us of this over 24 hours later after she resigned and said they will keep looking. Today social workers informed us they dont want to give us anymore assistance and made us lies about the care givers to the social workers making it seem my grandmother was the problem, and thankfully we have messages to prove this. sorry for the long story, this is just My experiance. They are a horrible company who do NOT care about the patients and do NOT care about their own employees. Not only do they not put in any effort to be for home care, they will make YOU the person trying to help their loved one like You are doing wrong. If anyone deals with this company keep all your messages secured and LOG EVERYTHING. they will LIE to make themselves look professional. if i could give Zero stars i would. KEEP YOUR LOVED ONES SAFE AND FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY, THEY WILL PUT YOU THROUGH HELL AND END UP STILL NOT HELPING YOU OR YOUR LOVED ONES. i never wrote a google review but had to just to hopefully save someone from coming here.

If you do apply and work for this specific agency look out for a coordinator by the name of Elianna she is very rude and think she can talk to the home attendants any kind of way and she like to say slick remarks over the phone and text messages with her ignorant self

No it’s split into a flex card for metro card bill pay can’t use for anything else but pay 13.50 a hr
Yes you need an HHA certificate to do home care. There is a program that allows you to work without a license as well. You should contact the agency for more info. Blossom is a great place to work. I' work for blossom and the staff and coordinators are great. I prefer having my license then working for the other programs that's out there

We get paid weekly,and if you don't have direct deposit, Carmen always gives you that courtesy call.This agency is the best.
It’s 13.50 on your check . Then 2.90 on a flex card that can be used for purchases of metro cards , prescription medicines , & etc. Almost like a credit card except you can’t take money out i the atm.
