Called today to reorder glasses cuz my dog ate them during the night. Carla who answered the phone gave us an attitude and talk to us like we were dumb she was a very very rude and hung up on us so I called Batavia and they're going to help me out.

Ordered contacts a month ago and still have not received them. I keep getting the excuse oh they haven’t came in yet. Tried to work out a solution to the problem with a receptionist named Jennifer and all she kept saying was I’m sorry and then hung up on me. Called the corporate number filed a complaint was told the gm would call me in 24-48 hrs and never received a call. I do not recommend using this place as they seem like they have no clue what’s going on and don’t know how to have good customer service to retain customers

Amy was very helpful and kind throughout my visit. She looked into my insurance for me before I came in, so the process was seamless when I came for my appointment. Also, the doctor was very kind and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend this place to friends and family.

The lady at the front desk was rude and had a nasty attitude. I turned around and walked out before the “exam” (tele health, which I was never told about).
