Everyone is kind and professional. They were busy on the day of my exam and Everyone was so nice. They kept apologizing for the delay. I just picked up my new glasses and they aren't going to work for me (my fault, not theirs), so I am going to call to see about changing them. I know the answer will be "absolutely! We are here until 5, bring them in." Absolutely recommend

Absolutely horrendous customer service. Their computers were down so they didn’t have my Information, and treated me like it was my fault that their computers were down. The woman at the front desk was yelling at me in front of people, absolutely embarrassing and uncomfortable. She kept taking phone calls in the middle check of in. Find a raccoon on the side of the road and they’ll provide you with better customer service.
