Our original chimney cap of 32+ years became damaged during one of our many high winds here in Pendleton New York . We were advised by a local contractor to contact All-Ways Warm Stove and Chimney. The timely response and quality workmanship both for the initial service and to replace with a new chimney cap were excellent and vastly exceeded our expectations! Yes we sell and service pellet stoves. In terms of servicing, I can only get parts specific to the brands that we carry.
A pellet stove cleaning depends on the brand. This time of year it would be between $185-$265 plus tax. April through July we run discounts on all our cleaning services. Hope this helps!
It would depend on the make and model. We can get parts for only the brands we carry which are Morern Flames, classic flames and outdoor greatroom.
