Went to the mall and needed to make a phone call the only quote place o could find was the family area. The security guard whose job seemed to screwing around with a maintenance guy told me to get out. Nobody was in there and I wasn’t using anything but the bench to sit on. So I left the mall and took my shopping somewhere else. Thanks for kicki NG me out for no reason

Metro by T-Mobile store in the mall is the worst. I went in there to buy outright an unlocked iphone a specific color and a screen protector. Screen protector was improperly installed. Was told the phone was locked and no returnable after I paid for it. This was the worst customer service experience I have ever experienced. #metrobytmobile #worstexperience. I would never ever in my life recommend this place I wouldn’t even send my worst enemy here because it is so horrible.

Hardly any good stores. A lot of spaces are empty. And they don't supply carts for kids/baby's. Will have to make sure I bring stroller next time
