Love this place for a few (12 years) now. All the room to stretch out & not be in someone's way. I shoot guns, play horseshoes, river access, (daily) drive golf balls, Frisbee, throw knives, pretty much whatever I have equipment to enjoy, I Can, & Do.

It has river front and a little park dien on thecwater. Each space is with itscown little back yard that you get to maintain but has to be nearly kept. The only negative down fall back is the steep hill going in but is well maintained during winter months. I love the small community that dwells down there. People are either eager to lend avhand or they just mind their own business. Love the options... Good vibes.

Thank you for your interest in our park. Currently monthly base RV rate is $525.00 per month. This rate includes basic water/sewer and power. We have a few RV spaces at different rates due to specific circumstances. All animals are subject to park owners approval. Owners of units over 10 years old will be asked to submit photos, or allow the unit to be photographed, and are subject to park owners approval. All month to month rentals will be asked for a security deposit of at least $200.00 upon move in. Typically, all of our park spaces are full, we are primarily a "full-size, permanent resident" park, with some RV spaces. We do keep a waiting list and offer spaces to those who have been waiting when openings become available.
I currently have possibly 1 RV space available. It has been offered to customers who have been on our waiting list. We do not ever rent any trailers or RVs. All units in this park must be owner occupied. If you are interested in a position on our waiting list, it is recommended that you call. 509-884-5837 There are some requirements better relayed by conversation. Also, please if you call, leave a message as I am often unable to answer calls during the day, but will call back when the opportunity arrises. Thank You.
Dave, We are currently 100% full and unknown when we might have an opening. We do keep a waiting list, though I would need further information RE: type/age unit, # of occupants. Pets? Our current monthly lot rent is $650.00 per month, which includes, power/water/sewer. The waiting list just now has aprox. 40 .
