The wait time was very very long. The employees were very cranky as well. The couldn’t find blood so they made us sit and kept saying somebody needs to try this lady but no one was saying or doing anything. They were in a bad mood because they couldn’t close walk ins. They were walking around complaining infornt of patients very very unprofessional.

If they insist on requiring a mask, since many places no longer require them, I wish they’d offer masks for people who don’t always use them.

HORRIBLE Customer SERVICE. Diamond was super rude. I understand that they are busy, but I wait 1 hour and half to get the services so the least she could have done was being professional. Work it’s work next time be nice as your sign says ironically.

Just took my 5 year old today for a blood test. We waited just a couple minutes (I had made an appointment) and the phlebotomists were very kind and understanding with a nervous kid.
