Our experience with management was HORRIBLE!!! They are not customer friendly. Their return policy is antiquated. They are not Lowes, HD, Amazon or Costco. Don't expect warm fuzzy treatment if you need to return an item. I'll NEVER SHOP THERE AGAIN. GO ELSEWHERE!!!

I was a little uneasy buying a major appliance online. But the folks at WDC made it easy. Everyone with whom I was in contact, from the very friendly woman in internet sales, to the folks who arranged shipment and delivery (I live about 200 miles from their store) were outstanding. I got a very hard to get Sub Zero refrigerator in only one month, when I thought it would take six months in this current climate of shortages and delays. The price was very fair at WDC and the customer service was outstanding. I highly recommend it.

After many years of being a big fan and customer of WDC I am here to say I would no longer suggest this company to anyone unless you are out of options as their customer service is poor and their extended warranty is a fraud. Within the last 18 months I purchased all the necessary Kitchen Aid appliances to remodel my kitchen from WDC. Our experience started when our refrigerator died during Covid and supply chain issues caused us to buy a more expensive model then what we needed. In the past 10 days my high end (in my opinion and according to my wallet) Kitchen Aid refrigerator no longer got cold. Lucky for me at the time of sale I purchased an extended warranty or so I thought. On 12-17-21 I spoke with WDC’s customer service and was told their service department would be contacting me by 12-20-21 to schedule a service call. Needless to say that day has come and gone and I reached out to them on 12-21-21 only to find out that even though I purchased the refrigerator 16 months ago (outside factory warranty) paperwork states that my extended warranty does not become effective until June of 2022, which makes perfect sense to me (Not). I was advised that they are working to correct this problem but no one cares that my family does not have a working refrigerator and more than likely will not have one until after the new year. I was however advised that if they send someone at this point I would have to pay out of pocket as my warranty is not valid at this point, again no logic. Has anyone heard of a prorated warranty because this is news to me, WDC you have failed me as a customer and your service department is anything but. If you need to speak with a representative you only get a voicemail and then the return phone calls are late afternoon and if you miss the call you have to wait another day to speak with someone. I will no longer recommend your company to anyone and I am sorry I spent my money with your business.

We've had a stellar experience with WDC appliances. We purchased 2 dishwashers and a refrigerator from them so far and have been beyond pleased with their customer service. Their communication and delivery was prompt, polite, and professional. In particular, Michelle Moir helped us out big time when our kitchen design unexpectedly changed. Other big box appliance stores would never have helped us out, but Michelle helped us get exactly what we needed and was so kind. I will buy all my appliances from them in the future and support this local business due to their caring customer service, competitive pricing, and prompt service. Thank you WDC!
