Trust the science they say, but when the science says COVID is on the decline and all guidelines are being rolled back (mask mandates, social distancing, vaccination status, etc..) Kaleida Health is still not allowing visitors to see very sick family members. Even when the sick family member has had a stroke and can’t advocate for themselves.

Excellent facilities and world class staff but the front lobby staff is sorely lacking in patient care. I find that rather unfortunate because it sets the tone for your visit.

No I'm a patient I'm not a doctor I've been patient for over 30 years at Buffalo General but they do do all those surgeries there and they do a wonderful job

I understand your apprehension, however you need to understand that all hospitals have a triage policy. When the beds are all filled, patients end up waiting in the halls... Before seeing anyone. However most important thing is that you are at the best Hospital in the area. Be patient.
