No star at all!!! My insurance carrier called them to make an appt. and when they called me back, they said the woman that took the call at WNYMRI was extremely rude and could not give an appt. for the next month. I called my Dr and was told to have the insurance carrier call Pro-Scan in Williamsville, and what a difference!! THEY made it happen. Sorry, but that kind of rudeness is uncalled for in a professional environment or anywhere for that matter.

As long as your Dr. wrote a script for you and you bring that along with your insurance card/ID, they will allow walk-ins for X-rays.
You need doctor's orders and some things are walk in some things are appointment only
I don't know what UMR insurance is just give them a call and ask them.
