I felt compelled to share our experience at this particular Starbucks after waiting over 40 minutes to receive 2 drinks after the time on the receipt. We came into the store to order with only a couple (one order) ahead of us and ordered 2 beverages. One was a refresher and the other a white mocha. I was shocked to see many guests that ordered after us come and go as we waited and waited. We even asked the staff members thinking they forgot about it. Staff ended up closing the dining area because the people waiting continued piling in. Instead of completing orders in the way they were received, it seemed the baristas were picking beverages from multiple different orders based on some priority scheme that is still unbeknownst to me. I understand many places are short staffed, but complete orders FIFO (first in, first out) and you will not get a backup in the waiting area. We received our coffee beverage in about 15 minutes, but had to wait 40 minutes for the refresher (which doesn’t make sense), meanwhile we’re seeing other customers receiving orders made much after ours to include those with Frappuccinos. Highly disappointed in this experience and will never go back. The drinks were good when we finally received them, but we ended up being late to our baseball game and missing what we came to Pigeon Forge for thanks to this specific store. Next day, we tried the Starbucks inside Food City and had a great experience…recommend trying that one instead.

Had to ask the staff 3 times to make my order. Nearly 30-40 people went but got same thing. 24 min for a coffee and egg sandwich. No apology, no recognition of their missing my order 3 times. Maybe spend more time on operations versus writing sticky notes about being happy and how smiles spread love. If you actually just focused on good service, people would be happy

Starbucks is always great. The staff is super friendly! If you get the chance try out some local coffee shops around town though. But Starbucks is great they’re always consistent and almost always get my order right

I went to this location two mornings this weekend. The first morning I ordered an iced mocha and was given a white chocolate iced mocha and I had also ordered a breakfast sandwich which was given to me completely frozen. The next morning I pre ordered the same two items and quickly received my breakfast sandwich. 45 minutes later I still had not received my drink. There were probably 20 drinks on the counter with no one there to pick them up. I complained along with many others, there were probably 30 people standing waiting on their orders. The lady next to me had waited an hour. They started to make my drink and, again, they started up a white iced mocha, I corrected them and it had to be restarted. The manager did a lot of pointless talking at people using their names and telling them nothing and was not helping to do anything when they were so obviously busy and overwhelmed. Employees were being shuffled around to different areas because performance reviews were being done at the worst possible time of the day (9:30-10:30 am Saturday, April 16, 2022). I will not be returning to that location. It is very, very poorly run. There was not even so much as an apology offered either morning.
