I'm very upset with is medical center , they did DOT medical examination for my CDL drive and they messed up his medical certificate and now my drive is bee detinned by highway patrol. not good customer service, the supervisor her self is very rude . i would never recommend this medical center if they don't know what they are doing, putting people in damager
