My 10 month old is sick and this was the only urgent care I could find an appointment at anywhere in the area on a Saturday. Drove from Fort Mill for our 7 PM appointment. Waited maybe 30 minutes but honestly wasn't that bad. The receptionist was SO kind!! Sean was wonderful and Donna was great!! I can't remember the nurses name but she was awesome. It was seriously a pleasant experience!! Wasn't expecting everyone to be so cheerful at the end of a work day in healthcare. They were all so wonderful with my baby and took great care of him!!! So thankful for this great team that took such excellent care of us!!!

Horrible service. It's an Urgent Care and there was ZERO URGENCY. The door was locked when we got there. We had to call in order to get them to open the door, despite the fact that their hours are listed on the door. Was having an allergic reaction, and they were taking their sweet time, and we were the only ones present in the waiting room. When we expressed we were concerned how long it took, the PA told us it was because they have "team huddles" in the morning. Again, having an allergic reaction in the Urgent Care, and they prioritized their team huddle, which sounded like a lot of gossip and cutting up. Avoid this place at all costs!

Do not recommend — unless you’re okay with rushed care, being told they close at 8 after they admitted you and had you wait to be seen — and think it’s ok to administer a covid test to a frightened and nervous toddler without giving the child’s parent ample time to soothe and prep the child to aid in the child’s cooperation. Do not recommend— unless you’re okay with the provider on site being nonchalant, unbothered, unmoved, & showing not an iota of remorse about the above. 👎🏼👎🏽👎🏻👎🏾
