Great care and attention was given to me and although lengthy was well worth the time spent. Very good diagnostic team. I give a thumbs up for this hospital and their care team of nurses, doctors and technicians.

Atrium Urgent Care in Ballantyne could not have been friendlier, more professional or more thorough. So so thankful for their caring service.

The woman receptionist at the front has a very unpleasant attitude.

It is located in a very nice area, with plenty of parking and a large, mildly comfortable waiting room... It was quite frustrating that at 4:00 p.m. in the afternoon they were completely booked full of appointments.. So we had to drive across town, not even knowing if we were sure to be seen. The staff that I encountered were polite.. They weren't overly nice, enthusiastic, or even all that caring.. I very clearly got the impression that she was watching the clock waiting to get out of there.. Although I do understand being ready to get off work, when your occupation is in healthcare, you would think that you would make your patients feel at ease.. Make them feel that they came first.. At the very least, you should make an effort to make them think you care about their medical issues... It just felt very off-putting, to not see the happy, cheerful people that I'm used to seeing when it comes to Atrium.. but on the positive side, we were able to get seen and out the door fairly quickly.. which I was very glad for because the waiting room had a very odd mildewy smell.. which probably had something to do with the females bathroom being out of order and there being a drywall renovation type job going on in the males bathroom, which is right beside it.. Overall, just not very pleasant visit..
