Your short-sighted Board allowed removal of the former water pipeline on the SR/Richmond Bridge! Put one back pronto! In my opinion, you have seriously mishandled your responsibilities to your customers! And, yes. I may have to let most of my front lawn die, but there are people with lawns in their backyards who may not reduce or comply with your proposed sprinkler day(s) since they are not seen. And, by the way...are all of your Board members complying? All we see in the paper are your requests for us to comply.

Very poorly managed. Rates and fees are arbitrary. Does not videotape board meetings. Board members often phone in instead of attending board meetings. Vote against incumbents when you get a chance! January 2020 the board has started videotaping board meetings. No other improvements.

I've had to call these people in the course of my job for several different situations and for every one they are rude. Customer Service? Rude. Emergency no water? Rude. It's too bad we don't have a choice who we use.

The customer service is outstanding, always above and beyond that expected.

No. There are generators in place. We ask that you consurve water and do not irrigate lawns and gardens.
At the water meter or the water pipe entering the house. Usually on the side of the house.
I would advise your call a plumber if you think they’d be able to get to where the leak is. If you think it’s to deep of a pipe or the plumbers aren’t able to get to it there are some more-specialized services which you can find with google.
MMWD offers a reimbursement program for water leaks. I would visit their website type in "leak repair" and you can submit an invoice showing the work was completed and they will adjust your bill. I work construction in Marin and have had to do this a few times for clients. Sorry you are going through this and best of luck!
No. At this time they are closed through Wednesday night.
Yes.
Not from the water district. Contact your local sewer agency.
