I can’t say enough about this emergency ortho Carolina staff. Excellent care! They are efficient and highly effective for helping you as the patient. I was in an extreme amount of pain with a pinched nerve. I had a horrible experience with a virtual visit with a primary care that would not help me or listen to what was actually hurting. So I drove 45 minutes to ortho Carolina and they were the best. Thank you for making me feel better.

Absolutely horrible, went to the urgent care with foot pain and was misdiagnosed, incorrectly treated, and developed the worst pain I ever felt in my life. I saw a doctor a week later and ended up having to do extra tests that cost thousands of dollars, all because of their misdiagnosis. I spoke to someone with the "care line" and she just kept repeating the same sentence, misunderstood my concerns, didn't show empathy/contrition about their mistake at all, and mentioned her children were misdiagnosed all the time when they were younger and went to the OrthoCarolina Urgent Care, as if that is a good thing. Yikes! Unfortunately, the only thing the "care line" and OrthoCarolina care about is making money, and while I was in pain and suffering due to their mistake they sure made a lot of it. Stay away!

You cannot make an appointment at our Orthopedic Urgent Care Centers. They are walk-in only.
Thank you for reaching out! Patients can bring one (1) visitor with them to their appointment. All patients, visitors, and care team members are required to wear a mask or face covering over their nose and mouth prior to entering.
