I just called the customer service phone number and had a very poor experience with the representative. She would not provide her name. We purchased a washer and dryer several years back with no problems with the dryer. The same cannot be said about the washer. We have had 3-4 issues with the E-35 trouble code and have had repaired as well. The trouble code has shown up again and with a washer full of water and clothes. I tried to get this individual to understand that we need some assistance on purchasing a new washer and get rid of this lemon we currently own. To further complicate issues, my wife is having surgery next week and we also have a disabled son. The associate was not understanding and her actions showed she could care less about our situation. She deferred the issue to the extended warranty company to contact the factory technicians to find a solution. I asked for a supervisor and she refused to help. We are very dissatisfied with the customer service from Electrolux. This is not the way to treat your customers. I would give zero stars if that were an option.

Frigidaire products are not reliable. Absolute subpar quality. We spend over $500 on a black stainless steel microwave and it lasted just days! The customer service has been extremely poor. All we want is a new one or our money back, but they keep giving us false hope that parts are coming in to fix it. It’s been months since our first contract with Frigidaire about this My wife tried leaving a similar review on Frigidaire’s page but they denied the review (go figure…)

I called related to a higher end Frigidaire Gallery stove. Long call wait times; overpriced replacement parts; call centre staff that pretend to know about the appliances but give out patently wrong info to owners.

I have been without a refrigerator for three weeks with no fix in site. this is a brand new out of the box product. This company is a disaster. four defects out of the factory....
