My daughter had oral surgery at the end of January with Dr. Brennan, who is no longer at the practice. My daughters sinus cavity was exposed when her wisdom teeth were extracted, Dr. Brennan covered the exposed sinus with a collagen patch which was not applied properly. We were back at the practice more than 10 times telling them the issues and they just kept giving her anabiotic’s. My daughter ended up getting an infection in her right sinus which encapsulated. She ended up having sinus surgery this past Friday after not being able to smell anything since January and having large amounts of drainage. I would never recommend this practice! 2/3/21 - UPDATE: My daughter went to the ENT again because she is still having problems and she has to have another sinus surgery. 4/10/22 - UPDATE: My daughter has had to return to the ENT several times since last update and has had 2 more surgeries to try to fix the problems that they caused.

After getting my wisdom teeth pulled I was not given antibiotics by Dr. Farrell nor was I given anything to help clean my now open gums (some friends that went to other groups received both of these things as soon as their appointment was over). When I went back a couple days after the removal to explain I was throwing up because of the pain medicine and my stitches kept reopening he did absolutely nothing and was even rude about my being there as if I was taking up his time. I got a bad infection and only when it got really bad did the other doctor at the office prescribe antibiotics. Whatever you do, DO NOT go to this group for any tooth removal. The entire staff is rude and unhelpful and I had a terrible experience with them.

I waited for a month for an appointment here and took a day off from work to get a tooth pulled. I have sensitive teeth and was apprehensive about getting the work done so I ate a sandwich and brushed my teeth and got ready. I hit some traffic on the way and had to find the office and I arrived exactly 10 minutes late. The office staff went and cancelled my appointment. The woman gave me a line about ten minute intervals and told me to reschedule. I told her I was there to get a tooth pulled and that my appointment should be given more time or I should be told about office policies and she rudely said that I was late and I only get ten minutes. I told her not to bother rescheduling me and I am going somewhere else. From what I saw in that office I do not want to go back there. No thank you.
