If you have the title and do not make payments you need title, nc driver's license, mileage and nc insurance. No inspection is needed from out of state.
If you make payments current registration card, original lien date, ELT # for NC from Lien holder, nc drivers license, nc insurance, and mileage.

Yes you can do all of that. And it is open every day except Sat and Sun.
Sometimes there us a little line.But all in all a nice experience. Just make sure you take everything you need.
I need to have a title transferred into my name (along with registering and paying taxes on the vehicle). Do I need to be the one to go to your office, or can my wife do it for me?
