Been here a few months and find it nice and quiet living…. Rachel has really been helpful and the staff are kind and respectful….All has helped made it easy for me to move in and feel welcomed.

Wow! What a wonderful moving time! Moving is always stressful but leasing agent “Rachel Soverns” made the process comfortable with her professional tenacity to caring about me, the customer..!! Every phone call and email with questions or concerns was always responded to with a timely answer.. That alone was so refreshing as it was obvious Rachel really cared about the tenants. I would highly recommend Colonial Village ~ these folks really care and my hat is off to Rachel Soverns for going the extra mile ..!! Ish Payne

They took $75 of my money for the application. I asked them if I had a good chance of getting an apartment. Julie said "of course". Paid the ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS $200 additional fee. I paid $25 toward a pet ID scam. So I'm $300 in on this 💩hole of a complex, just to let me know that they don't have anything available. DO NOT LIVE HERE OR RENT FROM THESE SCAMMERS!!!
