Took the title and paperwork to lincolnton, nc tag office back in January, to sign over to grandson we have never received the title back. the dmv in Raleigh says that the lincolnton office hasn’t sent in the paperwork yet so be careful

If I were you I would call DMV in lincolnton and tell them what Raleigh said, or go up there.
