The garbage and the parking here is terrible, the guys are cool,GUs are really helpful and the bathrooms are so clean I couldn't bring myself to 10-2 for #2

sanitation officers always writing false tickets to fill quotas in the neighborhood. DSNY needs to sanitize all of the corruption in their departments

There are 2 abandoned houses on the block that are filled with construction debris and garbage and is overrun with rats. Which city agency is responsible for the removal?

If it's private property, someone who purchases the property is responsible, more then likely its abandoned, no one is going to touch it, sometimes ppl in the community take matters into their own hands and clean their block but it's rare
