Walking in for the first time I didn’t know what to expect. I met the owner David who stopped everything to help me. I left my car (2013 Audi A8L)there for a week. Needed major suspension work. I got update’s regularly 😊hourly rates saved me $3000. 00 of what it wood have cost at the dealer. Max the specialist was very professional,and overall the staff were very polite and friendly. Can’t say enough about urban classics auto service. I highly recommend there service. Adding to my review. Two weeks after getting my car back from Urban Classics I’ve gotten two calls out the blue asking me how my car is running. First of all who does this? not even car dealerships. What is this place? Is this NY city? I don’t doubt if I get another call because I told them I had only driven my car once since having it back, because I went vacation. Can’t say enough about this place. Thanks again
