I am very happy with the attention, patience and service I received from G&L. I was having a frantic day arranging for the care of my mother. Her insurance company gave me a list of medical suppliers and I didn't have time to research any of them. I contacted G&L via email and after a couple of back and forths, was able to get exactly what my mother needed that same day - down to the color. I will certainly keep their contact info for the future.

Terrible company! The people don't speak English & are constantly making mistakes. They don't listen to the needs of the consumer. They also lied to cover up their mistakes. Just horrible! I don't appreciate the grab bar being installed in the wrong place. It was screwed in by the end of the bathtub. I specifically said above the soap dish! We requested ultra thin pantiliners,not the thick pantiliners. We got these thick ones that can't be used. Only one time, we got the correct thin pantiliners. This is ridiculous. Get it together!! I requested new medical supply company. Good riddance!

We have patients who got rejected of repair from this provider because patient doesn’t have other bundled DME supply thru them. Ridiculous.
