Been here three times. Been to chili's averaging ten times a year since 1993. Never had a bad experience until I moved to this area four years ago. This restaurant sucks. Not easy to find. Parking spaces are all compact size. Order has never been accurate whether front or back of house errors. I don't trust them. They can't cook to order, so why offer? Waiting staff is too busy to take my payment so why is the tablet(downfall of chili's) asking what I want to tip? Waiter-esses only ever greet me, take my order and prepare my drink that only the bartender should have touched. And, never deliver food. Huh... So tonight my big expensive burger was missing a topping that wasn't in stock and was not cooked as ordered. Fries were not crispy, nor hot, and had about two grains of salt per fry. I paid and tipped for my beer.

Ordered curbside pickup and when got there none on the to go spots were available. 2 spots were taken by people who were eating inside but they parked in the to go spots. I called to inform them of that and the lady on the phone didn’t really seem to care. She then tells me just park on the other side a wait cause there short on people but funny thing is right after I got off the phone I just went in to grab my food and got helped right away. Looked like plenty of staff to me. Glad I went in cause my food would of probably been cold by the time they would have brought it to me. I bet those other people are still probably waiting for there food……….smh

This is a go to restaurant for my family and I. We've been coming here for 10+ years. The restaurant has stayed updated and clean. The food is always good too. Even through staffing shortages, the staff they do have are friendly and hard working.

So far so good. I was not.impressed with the path to get here, the road has no turn in... but that's FL fault, not Chili's. The bartender, Nina, is super friendly and attentive. Makes great margaritas from the looks of it!! Chili's is always a good time with great food. This time was no different. Bowl of chili. I recommend 👌
