I understand hospitals are short staffed but this place is ridiculous, My daughter was here for surgery and in tremendous pain, if I asked once I asked a hundred times for pain meds and during a two day stay there were HOURS that passed without seeing a soul. My daughter waited in a hall in a bed for almost an hour before transport came and got her and then surprise only one elevator was working to get her back to room. Place has gone completely down hill over the years and needs to be overhauled.

Took a senior relative to the hospital and was mistreated and ignored by a tatted up nurse named Jocelyn Guaranda. This hostile nurse was busy on instagram with her other buddy nurses and never offered my family member comfort, water, etc. There were only two people in the section of the emergency room! When I asked her to call and find out what was the hold up for a scan was she arrogantly told me that he was not the only patient!!!! It's incredible that this hospital would have such a vile person working in the emergency room!!! Later when I asked her to give me her name she became very argumentative and confrontational (while on duty )and started talking very fast so I could not get her name. Jocelyn began to speak and insult me in Spanish to Silvia Montero. When I asked Jocelyn for her name her buddy (Silvia) began to confront and argue with me. When I asked Silvia for her name, Jocelyn Guaranda told her not to give it to me so Silvia took her jacket and hid her name plate.!!!!! All of this behavior was unbelievable to me!!!! I later went out the door looking for a nursing supervisor and was greeted by an equally hostile and nasty Maria Aponte. I see a pattern here can you? All of the nurse supervisors that I went to for help are of Spanish descent and they were in protective mode. They made it clear through their actions they were not going to assist me!!! Please be wary of these two nurses they are dangerous and should not be caring for any patients!!!!! If you meet up with Maria Aponte she feels comfortable enough based on what you look like to disrespect you and protect her brethren. These nurses were more like thugs on the street and felt comfortable behaving as such. If Saint Barnabas is okay with this then there is a problem at this hospital. Please be careful if you encounter these thugged out nurses in the emergency room.

Every single worker at Cooperman has been great. They do Care for their patients and give an excellent service. Glad my cousin is their patient, and glad I was under their care. Thank you for all you do, it’s an amazing thing to care for others.

My friend is a doctor there. The Operating Room is very disorganized. The nurses who handle the front desk along with some anesthesiologists are unprofessional.

We got our son's birth certificate at Livingston itself. At the Bureau of Vital Statistics under the supervision of Township Registrar. The hospital guys will provide all the information, once the baby is born.
When you enter the property at the main entrance the lot directly in front of you is the visitor lot. To enter this lot you will need to remain in the left lane of the roadway and drive about 3/4 around. You will see the entrance to this lot after you pass the second building (mostly glass) on the right. It is pay parking. Parking machines are located inside the lobbies. Valet parking is also available. Entering the from the property from the main entrance take the 3rd right at the second building (mostly glass). Drive to the entrance and you will be greeted by valet.
From which location?
Yes they do..we had our first baby there. There is actually a class also for new moms which the couples can attend which helps moms with lactation questions and nutrition for baby. A consultant actually visits you and teaches you how to use the breast pump and if you need, they provide a consultant who teaches the new mom how to feed the baby and checks if they are facing any problems with milk production or infection etc. The hospital also provides Hospital-grade Medella pump, so you dont bave to carry yours'. And after they discharge you, the whole pump kit is yours to take home. Hope this helps.
