I had a appointment for a MRI the front desk girl I think she was Indian absolutely rude not professional at all talks loud with no privacy for the patient no hippa regulation at all then she’s going to tell me I have a out of pocket which I wasn’t prepare to pay this large copay without giving notice before coming I do not recommend this place at all unfortunately but the truth horrible experience

My visit was very welcoming from the moment I walk on site. I was greeted with good mornings, how are you’s and most of all, the receptionist greeted me with a smile, and assisted me with filling out paperwork. My therapist Pamela Paredes, came out to the waiting area to get me 10 minutes before my appointment. She also greeted me with a welcoming smile. Her professionalism can’t be match. Hi there, Try going to the basement level (LL) to Patient Records, they should be able to send the records to your doctor. You can also contact the testing/imaging department where tests were performed and have the add your doctors. Hope this helps ...
They're open til 7pm monday thru friday and on saturdays from 7am til 2pm
