Every horrible don’t want to fix anything but want to take u too court if u don’t pay your rent lived there for 2 in a half yrs and wasn’t anything fix in my apartment had to put window ac units in because air was out

This place doesn't fix ANYTHING. I have been without heat/AC for basically 2yrs. They keep on switching management and won't tell you. I could go on and on.

Update They are selling again haven't told anyone. Found out through yard company. DONT DO IT! Moved in February didn't have heat and wasn't told there wasn't any. Just heaters in apartment. Switched management companies before 1st month rent paid. Had to figure out how to pay. None the issues have been fixed. Oh and rent going up to $900. For what? No play ground laundry room such! Nothing for anyone might as well be a homeless shelter. Hate we we're rushed into renting stuck till February.

The new management is great and nice, makes a big difference. Nice property. Quiet.
