Maintenance doesn’t make any repairs, tenants are being harassed by new property management for having company/visitors. Very rude & biased. “Management” (Renee) is very selective on who they let slide with certain infractions while picking on black tenants. Also I’m pretty sure the whole complex has roaches, gnats or a type of pest. Renee is terrible, not personable & just down right not fit for the job. Worst complex to ever be built in Salisbury & the people they hire are even worse!

The worst Apartment complex I ever had been in. The management changes almost every week as well with maintenance. Certain people are targeted (black) . Renee is very strict and they don’t care about no one or child. I have flying like nats in my bathroom when I first moved in Oct 2021 . I’m now seeing roaches and I always keep my apartment clean . They don’t fix anything that’s needed to be fix and they are even charging for plumbing . I have paint marks all over my floors as well from maintenance. They should allow all people to stay especially when they are trying to do right . My bf is not a felon and got denied how come? They won’t even tell you .

This is the worst apartment complex in Salisbury. Renee picks and chooses who to say things too and she’s so strict on certain (black) people while barely saying anything to the white people who live here. They don’t do any repairs like they’re supposed to. It was a lot better when Shelby worked here. They never answer the phones and they’re charging rent to people who don’t have jobs

I think it is the worst residential complex I have visited in the area. I regret that they do not know how to manage it, it seems that they have never repaired anything. It has a bad smell.
