An absolutely great experience working with their manager, Maria, in the office. Searching for housing can be exhausting - constant cold calling, leaving messages that never get returned, getting denied and treated like you are less than a person. Maria and her staff are flexible, responsive, and always there for your concerns. I have never experienced such responsive management before in all my apartment hunting all across North Carolina. I have recommended multiple other people in my life to live there who I am close to. I would not do that if I didn't trust in the staff at Holly Leaf completely to treat them well, it is a true family environment. If you are reading this review, do yourself a favor and apply.
