My fiancé came to this clinic today and was basically brushed over by the staff, they ignored her statements and questions and then simply wrote her a prescription with a very vague diagnosis and got her out of their way, very disappointed and will not be going or sending anyone here ever again.

My daughter and I walked in the urgent care without a mask waiting to get one from the stand and was immediately treated like we had the plague. Kayla G the check in person was extremely rude. I had my ID and insurance card ready and after she snatched them out of hand and rolled her eyes. She continually interrupted me as I was trying to tell her the issue, telling me to put my mask up over my nose. I was trying to talk and the mask was moving. My daughter ended up having a uti and trying to get her checked was such a hassel. I understand the rules and I complied and had the mask on and was still treated like I’m a problem.

Last day of vacation, child gets ear infection. Got there as soon as they opened. In and out with GREAT care, COMPASSION, and TREATMENT, in less than an hour. Life savers!

Each time we come to the Cox Urgent Care in Branson, they seem to really take their time. Whether it’s help with pain or just talking things through, giving you as much medical perspective on the problem. They always seem eager to help and are very efficient.

You should have, yes.
Yes, I would have him go back. They are open till 9pm I believe.
I would call your Dr. When you post on Google Maps your questions pop up on tablets, phones, and computers of others like yourself who have taken photos, posted reviews, or asked questions. Maps is public and people like myself who have been to the hospital as patients or visitors do not have the medical knowledge to give you advice. Therefore I would call your physician.
