JOKE, would have been better off driving home 4 hours away! With the high level of tourism one would think to have the staff to accommodate no matter how serious the situation! Waste of time, if your not dying then don’t come here!

Avoid if possible. I waited four hours with a very sick 6 year old. All that time and they only took his vitals. Absolutely awful.

This place is not the place to go if you need quick treatment. I have been here since 8 in the morning only getting an ultra sound and blood work for my sister. The doctor said everything was good and my sister asked for the doctors note and we have been waiting 30 minutes since then and it is now 2:00 in the after noon. How long does it take to print some papers???

Nope, it is person to person, with all the COVID precautions in place.

What are the visiting hours?

ER is 24 hours. Patient rooms are 7am-9pm

My work is requiring that I go to the ER and get a note that I am all clear before I return to work But according to what I have read here the ER will not provide that??

You have to get it from your Family Doctor

The doctor told us that they can give us a doctors note for work. When I called back Patrick said that it’s a Missouri law that they can not do that... They forgot the doctors note and to finish the bandages...

I would call them and talk to them. When you post a question on maps all of us local guides who are people like yourself have your questions pop up on our phones, tablets, or computers. So calling the places for personal questions is probably wiser.
