Deli is kind of unsanitary from what I can see, bags of deli meat to grab get all puffed up. Associates are rude as hell, pushing those metal carts around forcing people out of the way and not slowing down, got hit by one today from some worker who didn’t even apologize. Two times in one week I was pushed out of the way by the customer service lacking employees. Spend the extra time and go to Shaws in north Beverly.

Do not come here if you are a POC. Upon greeting some veterans asking for donations, I totally get disregarded. Take a few steps away, one older gentleman proceeds to say "there are foreigners everywhere." Informing the manager provided no action. Do not support an establishment that will not stand up for all of their customers. I am beyond disappointed with my experience.

We just moved to the area. The cashier would not allow us to put in a new phone number when my fiancé accidentally put in our old number so we were not able to use any coupons on our order that we specifically clipped for this shopping trip. Our produce was bagged with raw meat which is not only careless but dangerous. I’m really disappointed in the way things are done here
