It was nice when I moved here. But now Its a lot of Extra stuff going on. It’s been shootings & breaking in vehicles. And also the kids pulling the fire alarms…I feel like the cameras should be watched regularly. A lot of the trouble comes from the company that people keep…

How does anyone get an apartment here? No one EVER answers the phone and they're ALWAYS closed. Do people just go and move in an empty apartment?

I'd like to first say "Thanks to Caroline Anderson, Office Manager" for always going above and beyond what is expected of a manager. Your work and dedication just exceeds the norm of expectations. I know for me personally, you have worked so hard on my case to help me with my situation, whereas most people would have just let it be. Also, your team that works under you are some great people. They are always so friendly and willing to help in any way that I need. I am very blessed to have my apartment, and I'd just like to say once again that I appreciate the entire team at Brenner Crossing Apartments Office. They are also professional and courteous at all times. Living at Brenner Crossing is a blessing to me. Rhonda Bumgarner

No on ever answers the phone in the offices. The voice mail is full and I can not get a return email. It very unprofessional. I have been trying to get a rental application for 2 months. Beautiful place but it appears that management and employees don't care for good new tenants.

Questions & Answers

Are you guys pet friendly

I know its been awhile since this question was posted but the standard pet-fee is $450 per animal($150 non-refundable). They do not allow dogs over 30-40 pounds or any (as they say) "aggressive breeds" of dogs. The only exception to that would be if it was a service animal. I also believe they are going to begin requiring you show vet records stating the breed of dog & an up-to-date shot record.
