I had a scheduled viewing today that i made an appointment for and no one was in the office. And wasn’t going to be for 40 minutes. I was very confused because no one called and said anything. I drove 30 minutes just to see the apartment that was available. Called 2x and left a voice mail. No response. Hopefully it’s not always like that but the first impression wasn’t good at all.

Amazing community to live in. Office staff is very friendly and helpful with getting you settled in and answering any questions. Maintenance has been quick to respond to calls and efficient when fixing any issues.

I lived here for a few years and recently moved out. Pros: * Office staff is friendly * You are kept up to date on happenings around the neighborhood * It’s in town but still quiet * Pretty good for what you pay Cons: * I had a unit that frequently flooded for unknown reasons. Maintenance was called many times but they never knew the answer, so it got to a point where I couldn’t take a bath, and I couldn’t use more than one appliance at a time. If I washed dishes and did laundry at the same time my apartment would flood. * The lawn people would cut down my garden frequently. It got to the point where I didn’t bother planting anything because they didn’t care. * Water is turned off frequently with not much of a heads up

Great experience! The staff was attentive and helpful. The remodeled units are very nice and include a full-size washer/dryer. Great for pet owners since each unit has a fenced in grassy area. Very friendly neighbors and quiet. You’ll see people walking their pets at all times. Recent remodel of office and gym. Close to everything. Highly recommend - after turning in keys, I had my deposit back within weeks with no outrageous deductions.
