It is an excellent place to live. The staff at the leasing center were always courteous and helped me when I needed anything. During the pandemic, the service was slow, but that is understandable. The bathroom layout was a little weird and cramped but workable. I had no problems when I rented and no issues when I left. The Walmart nearby was lovely to have. The gym was a little under-equipped, but if I remember correctly, the pool was in good shape. All in all great place to stay!

My experience living in The Livingston for the last couple of years has been nothing short of amazing. From the top down nothing but top notch dedicated individuals who actually care about me and my quality of living. Ms. Gina the manager is a God send who manages the property at a top tier level. Ms. Alicia is the most efficient assistant manager I've ever interacted with. She never fails to get me answers and results to my questions or requests. David the head of maintenance ensures my maintenance requests are handled within 36 hours. Curtis is very knowledgeable of the property and a solid and respectful young man to interact with. Interactive community and something that sets them apart from competition is offering an on onsite fitness professional that trains residents.

Everyone here has been great! I had a leak in the spare bedroom, David figured out it was coming from the upstairs apartment. Their air conditioner was leaking. They had the neighbor’s new air conditioner installed within 2 day’s.

Wish I could give 0 stars. I live here and can say that the area and the price do not line up even slightly. My car window is shattered and my car was broken into last night along with at least 6 others that I know of in the same lot. The police officer I spoke to informed me that this is an “ONGOING PROBLEM HERE” yet there are no cameras on any of the buildings and no gate with a code for safety. Next year the rent will be raised by $400 dollars yet nothing has been done to improve this complex. How are they getting away with charging $1800 a month in a bad part of town? Besides that, move in was a complete hassle and they tried to change the move in date (the morning of my expected move in) because they hadn’t had the cleaning company come yet. I refused to wait because I had no other living arrangements last minute so they made the poor secretary clean my apartment and obviously it is not her fault but the apartment was not clean when I moved in. Will not be renewing my lease and I suggest you don’t sign one either.
