I love how connected the Office Manager Tammy is and how any request whether maintenance or other are ALWAYS handled so quick and professional. We have Lived here going on 3 years, we really enjoy it. They are constantly maintaining the property so it always looks nice, we love the fact our mail comes into the building foyer instead of an outside mail station, and our garbage is picked up from behind our apartment. The few times we requested maintenance, it’s done within 24hours and they do a great job. Most recent service call by JR, a drain line leak in the ceiling , which needed ceiling repair was done same day , we left for work and when we came home it was done . THANK YOU. Until we are able to buy our own house, LCA will be our home.

I’ve lived in this community for almost 4 yrs. Maintenance is great anytime I call they come right away. Tammy the office manager is always helpful and flexible especially during the pandemic. The grounds are always nicely kept up!

I must say this is the first time I am giving a complex a 5 star rating. The move in was great last year, people in the office are so nice and helpful, and the community feels like home! It is such a nice place to live and my neighbors are great too! I have referred a lot of people to come live here because of my great experience. I just hope I am able to be here a long time.
