Very polite staff, just visited location just now and they were fast and friendly. Great flavor on my avocado toast with everything seasoning. Look forward to visiting this establishment again in the future. Thank you for being polite, friendly and fast. Keep up the great work.

There were 3 people working and it looked like 2 were very new. The lady in charge was doing everything she could to provide service to a never ending drive through. Her attitude was great and she’ll make a great manager.

Manager was very unfriendly, tried giving me the wrong drink and when I corrected her she blamed her staff for giving her the wrong drink. Very unprofessional. Also, they advertise for $3 for a medium pumpkin cold brew and $3 medium pumpkin spice signature latte but they charge .15 more for each drink as depicted on receipt for whatever. False advertisement at its finest!

If I could give a negative rating of this place I would. Stopped on 5/16/2021, a Sunday afternoon. First, I used to live in this area, 98-04, was top notch then.. now, wow, what a downhill slide this place took. Walked in, there were 6 kids standing around, looking like they had no idea what they were doing. I stood there for a good 1-2 min before any of them came up to me and asked if I needed something. ALL the uniforms (shirts) everyone was wearing were completely filthy. The floors, the counters had trash, old food, spilled drinks/food everywhere. The kid who went to scoop my ice cream, never washed his hands prior to handling anything. Seems all they cared about was hanging with their friends, who by the way, all parked in the handicap spots, just sitting there. Most the kids working there seemed more interesting in walking in and out of the store to the vehicles, was just pathetic. I for one will never step a foot in this place again.
