How long do you have be on hold, before you get service! All right I'll take back my review, due to the fact that they have ONLY 2 people working at this location. Corp, should be ashame of themselves. Greedy!!

we are located literally 5 minutes down the road on 41. No exaggeration, 5 MINUTES. Took them over an hour to get us our 1 pizza and cheese bread, and when we got it the cheese was half way off the pizza, it still tasted good, though. 1 star.

I gave them 2 stars because they have been great in the past and we frequent this location, however, the last few times I have ordered from this location, it has taken over an hour and the pizza arrives cold and with hardly any cheese. Very disappointing. I did try to notify the store but I sat on hold for a long time until I finally gave up. I also tried to email but said their server could not connect or something. After being a long time, frequent customer, I can no longer order pizza from here. This is no longer an understaffing issue, it’s a standard business practice. Save yourself the money and order from Marco’s instead, much better quality.

Horrible experience here. Got delivery and was told 60mins, 2 hours later a cold pizza arrived. They need to get their act together. This used to be a great place. Now not so much.
