When you call the leasing office, and wait 7 minutes they answer and hang up the phone! Very unresponsive and you can’t even leave a message. Let’s see what the excuse is?

Peaceful Mind

When I found this apartment complex, I went in and inquired about renting. The management staff were very knowledgeable, supportive and friendly. The transition into the apartment was smooth. Any issues I had were resolved.

Junior Forever

I am impressed with the customer service of this community. I have had random issues pop up since moving in a couple days ago and have had them all resolved quickly and with no hesitation. The office staff is friendly and genuine. Lisa even put a Welcome Home Gift together for me on day of move in. I have also never encountered a maintenance staff that isn't friendly and does not make you feel like you are a bother. Top notch maintenance. I appreciate the effort and friendliness of everyone on staff. Thank you.

The apartments are basic as far as layout and appliances. My rent started off as 750 then when new management came in I ended up paying 790. You HAVE to pay for cable as part of rent even if you don't want it. One treadmill is not a fitness center. The people who "fix" things are a combined 209 years old with no education on how to proper fix things. A sprinkler broke and flooded the patio and seeped into the carpet. So they "cleaned and dried" it and it stayed wet for months. When I left, I had the place better than how it was handed to me and they used my security deposit to repair everything I been asking them to fix. Horrible.
