I’ve been coming to Your Family Walk In for pretty much everything since the pandemic started. They are always very friendly, and get me in without much wait. When I do wait, you can tell it’s because they are busy taking care of other patients, and not for any other reason. They are a good, well-run team. The staff here is happy to help with all requests for testing and get the results back to me with appropriate timing. And they are also excellent with my kids, too.

I can’t say enough good things about this clinic. I needed a same day visit as I was ill. The front staff was courteous and helpful. My provider listened to my concerns and I received prompt treatment. I am happy to have a wonderful provider close to my home. I would definitely return to the clinic again.

Wonderful clinic with people who really care about their patients. When I bring my son in, there is hardly ever a wait and they always follow up to see how he’s doing. I’ve never been to a clinic that provides that type of courtesy to all of their patients. I am not sure why some people leave bad reviews over masks or childcare issues. The sign on the door says masks are required before entering and that only the patient or the parent of a patient will be allowed in. I leave a mask in my truck just in case. It’s a weird time in our country when people jump online to leave a bad review because they don’t like the rules of a private establishment. I’ll keep going to the clinic and plan to make it my primary care clinic too.

Not sure why there are bad reviews. I was down this week on business and starting feeling bad Sunday Night. I called first thing Monday morning and explained my situation. The staff was so kind and helpful! They got me in that afternoon and confirmed I did NOT have covid! Huge relief! They even recommended some places to go to dinner when I was feeling better (which was the next day) ! I would give more stars if I could!
